TERMS OF SERVICE
Quick version: this is a small business that sells a digital puppy guide. Be reasonable, we'll be reasonable. Below are the actual terms in case anyone ever asks.
1. WHO WE ARE
This site is operated by Elie V (sole proprietor, the90dayspuppy.com). When this document says "we" or "us," that's us.
2. WHAT YOU'RE BUYING
When you buy The First 90 Days, you're buying a personal license to download and use a PDF guide. You can:
- Read it
- Print it
- Use it for your own dogs
- Refer to it forever
You CAN'T:
• Resell it • Re-upload it to another website • Distribute it as your own work • Strip out our branding and rebrand it • Use it for commercial training purposes (if you're a professional dog trainer who wants to use the protocols with paying clients, email us — we'll work something out)
3. THE GUIDE IS NOT VETERINARY ADVICE
The First 90 Days is a survival guide written from personal experience. It's not a substitute for veterinary care, certified training, or professional behavioral consultation. If your puppy is sick, injured, or showing dangerous aggression, please see a vet or certified behaviorist. We're not liable for outcomes of following the advice in the guide.
4. NO RESULTS GUARANTEE
Every puppy is different. We can't promise your specific puppy will hit every milestone in the timeline we describe. We CAN promise: the protocols are based on standard, accepted puppy-raising practice and we use them ourselves. If they don't work for you, we refund.
5. REFUND POLICY
See the separate Refund Policy. Short version: all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products that have been delivered.
6. PRICE CHANGES
We may change the price of the guide over time. The price you paid is the price you paid — we never charge you more retroactively. If you bought during a launch sale, you locked in that price for any lifetime updates included in that purchase.
7. UPDATES TO THE GUIDE
When we publish a new version of The First 90 Days, you get the new version free if you bought a previous one. We'll email it.
8. EMAIL COMMUNICATION
When you buy, you'll get the order email and occasional updates about new editions or related products. You can unsubscribe anytime. The order/transactional emails (receipts, refund confirmations) you'll always get because we have to send them.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
If we change these terms materially, we'll email existing customers. The "last updated" date below tells you when.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in small claims court or via email and a refund — whichever is friendlier and cheaper for both of us.
