All sales are final. The First 90 Days is a digital product delivered instantly via email the moment your purchase is complete. Because the file is downloaded to your device on delivery, refunds and returns are not offered.

If the free guide doesn't feel like your kind of voice, don't buy the paid one.

We absolutely want you to succeed with your puppy. If something in the guide doesn't make sense, you don't know how to apply a section to your specific situation, or you have questions that aren't answered, just reply to your order email or write to hello@the90dayspuppy.com.

We answer every email personally and we'd rather walk you through a section that confused you than have you give up on it.

LIFETIME UPDATES

When we publish a new version, you get the new version free. We'll email it to the address you used at checkout.

CHARGEBACKS

Please reach out before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues we can solve in 24 hours via email. Filing a chargeback for "product not received" or "not as described" on a product you've already downloaded — and that we have access logs proving was delivered — may result in the chargeback being declined and your account being banned from future purchases.
