PRIVACY POLICY
Quick version: we collect the bare minimum needed to send you your PDF and (if you opt in) the email newsletter. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone except the tools that actually run the store.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you buy: • Your name • Your email address • Your billing address (required by Shopify for tax / fraud prevention) • Your payment info (handled by Shopify Payments and/or Stripe — we never see your full card number)
When you sign up for the email list: • Your email address only
When you visit the store: • Standard analytics: which pages you viewed, how long, what device, your country (not your specific address) • Cookie data, like every other website on the internet
WHAT WE USE IT FOR
• Sending you the PDF you bought • Sending you the emails you signed up for • Improving the store (which products are selling, which pages are confusing, etc.) • Compliance (keeping records of sales as required for taxes)
WHO ELSE SEES IT
The tools we use to run the store. Each one has its own privacy policy that we trust:
• Shopify (the storefront) • Shopify Payments / Stripe (payment processing) • Klaviyo or Shopify Email (the email list) • Google Analytics (visitor analytics) • Possibly Meta / TikTok Pixel if we ever run ads (we'll update this if we do)
We do NOT sell your data to anyone. Ever.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can: • Unsubscribe from emails anytime (link in every email) • Request a copy of your data (email hello@the90dayspuppy.com) • Request deletion of your account / data (same email) • Opt out of analytics tracking (use your browser's "do not track" setting)
If you're in the EU/UK/California, you have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA. Email us and we'll honor whatever you'd request under those laws — we operate the same way for everyone regardless of where you live.
CHILDREN
This site is not directed at children under 13. If you're under 13, please don't use the site. If you're a parent and your kid bought the puppy guide, email us and we'll refund and delete the data.
CHANGES
We'll update this policy if anything material changes. The "last updated" date below tells you when.
